For more than 40 years, Bob Serafin has been operating a successful, private detective agency and independent insurance adjustment company committed to providing exceptional service. His diverse and unique experiences guide the innovative approach he takes to solving investigative challenges. An Eagle Scout, with a degree in criminal justice and political science from The College of New Jersey, Serafin brings strong credentials to the table. He worked in law enforcement before starting his firm in 1982. Since its founding, the firm has handled over 130,000 cases, testified over 1,000 times in court, and developed a reputation which landed a television news magazine profile featuring Serafin’s work. “My team represents 300 years of cumulative experience. We can fit into any situation and blend so the facts can be gathered. My multi-lingual associates have exceptional performance records in the area of securing detailed statements. As a one-stop shop for all aspects of claims, Serafin can thoroughly investigate the particulars of an accident, evaluate the case based on injuries to the claimant and the liability of the insured, and make a recommendation based on these variables. Our bilingual and investigation team works in all five boroughs of New York City, the entire state of New Jersey, and the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area. Out of these experiences, Bob Serafin has branched out and started Serafin Enterprises, a business devoted to answering the needs of a broad base of businesses with an array or cutting-edge technology and products.

The company’s initial products, Data Investigator Pro and Data Claims Pro, were data-based programs and was a paperless application that revolutionized investigative organizations and insurance claims adjusters by aiding them in transitioning to a paperless work product.

Now, with the advancement of technology, we have developed a web-based program which will be called FILE EVERYWHERE. This business application will be a complete office suite that can be accessed from any web browser.
